The Huffington Post has a thoughtful article in recognition of today's significance that denounces the use of the term "gay marriage". It's good reading. I think the term was okay to call national attention to the fact that gay folks can't get married, but now "marriage equality" ( Read more... )

Everybody was just getting their sleeves rolled up. How long was this battle going to be? I thought the worst might unfold.
