scene xxii

ACTION;
A) After waking up far too early, Charles has decided to make the most of his morning and capture some autumn scenery on canvas. He can be found in various areas of the park, painting everything from the pond to leaves on the sidewalk. He seems pretty focused on his work, but looks progressively more frustrated as time passes. Why? His painting skills are nonexistent and everything is turning into a big colorful blob... Beware the mini-artist tantrum; being prone to bursts of anger when he has paints in hand doesn't bode well for the clothing of passersby.

B) His try-and-fail streak carries into the afternoon, where he can be found perched on the fence of 767 Bunker Street, singing to seemingly no one. Occasionally he’ll break off and mumble a few words; those who venture closer will notice he seems to be instructing or scolding something on the other side of the fence. Yes, this is him making good on his promise to teach his pet chiropteran opera but boy is it failing miserably.

C) There is a giant pumpkin walking down the street toward you and- oh wait no it’s just Charles. After giving up on Horace’s career as an opera star, he ambled off to the store to fetch a pumpkin for use in the kitchen later (he can eat his feelings if he wants!!) and has picked out the largest one he could find. He seems to be having some difficulties carrying it - not due to its weight, but because he is a very small person with short arms and the very large and round pumpkin keeps escaping his grasp and katamari-ing down the sidewalk.
