For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. [the sound ( Read more... )

[watches quietly

as Horace treads all over parts of the lettuce trail in a very confused fashion, probably leaving its own trail of drool-y drone blood as a replacement.]

Hey! You, there! Stop that!

The unicorns won't come if you leave all this blood behind. Go on, clean it up.

[it stops for a moment! not to clean up the bloody mess, though, instead it just looks over at the source of the noise and

drools

menacingly]

[lumbering over to him!!

it is not thinking 'I will be a good samaritan and clean up my mess', it is thinking 'hey I think that thing over there is alive let's go taste it', which has caused Charles to sit upright and be on the ready just in case England is too dumb to move...]

[but it should be!! but england is backing up to give horace/william/droolbeast enough space to clean up the blood

if it so choose] My unicorns aren't dragons, you know. They won't appreciate this. They can't eat food that's been spoiled with blood.

[you have so much faith in it....

he finally cups a hand round his mouth to call out] Don't lay your lettuce down where it's been feeding, then. [still not bothering to stop its determined lumbering, though.]

He's feeding in a public park! I have as much right as he does to... feed...

What are you even doing? Get up already. [stalking towards him fierily]

I'm fine where I am, thank you. If you're so determined to use the park as a feeding ground, you could at least wait until it's finished. [doesn't budge!! horace dutifully ambles after....

wait no it just got sidetracked and dashed off to leap at a drone]

[tugging at charles' arm] And you could respect my unicorns!

They'll come one day! And what then? I'm not letting him eat my unicorns! Or... well, I wouldn't let that unicorn eat him, either, but that's a different story.

[still not moving, he is so determined.]

Then they'll be eaten, I suppose, but you've had fair warning so the blame would lie on your shoulders. [...] It would have to be quite a monstrous unicorn to manage that.

Where else can my unicorns frolic? They can't run on water. They're not mermaids either.

Except for that... one... Never mind. [grumpily sitting next to him]

That one sounds a bit unusual. [putting it lightly.... he scoots over a little to give England more room.]

I won't always bring it with me, you know. You needn't worry about anything you own coming to harm because of it.

I'm at the park suspiciously far too often for the statistics to be on your side.

When my shipment of unicorns come, I want your pets to stay in your own yard.

I'll allow you the benefit of the doubt in assuming they exist at all, but who's to say that shipment will ever come? They do so enjoy giving you back things you don't wish to have.

[a meaningful glance at droolbeast, who is tossing the drone around a bit.]
