.......... I have popped into work today to order the gift that we are going to buy Mum & Dad from the 3 (well 9) of us for their Diamond Anniversary in a couple of weeks.

It has taken a long time - and eventually I thought of an engraved vase - so that is what we ordered.  So, it's done ... and should be with me next week ... their anniversary the

That is quite lovely. I'm sure they will love it. Your parents have reached the age where they have so much, it's difficult to find a gift for them.

It was a hard choice as to what to get - they said nothing, but we wanted something. It actually arrived today and I really like the result - hope they do!
