It's been changed to freezing rain which IMO is a lot worse.

Hee, no chance of seeing something like that around here, yet... I just threw outside all the contents of my freezer! It's -18C, perfect weather to defrost the freezer!

Yes - it's great - some of the largs daffs are up, as well - but no buds, yet. I shall be interested to see what it's like in Bude when I go back tomorrow after a week here in Torquay.
