I don’t like dystopian stories at the moment. They are a bit close to home.
I think having a routine away from the computer us very sensible!

Sadly too true
I don't tend to have a "posh" phone, but certainly there are a lot of people who could do with spending time away from their screens. So I am glad that I have decided to take Sundays fully off
