December Meme ... Day 28
Day 28 → your plans for New Years Eve
I always stay up to see in the New Year, last year was the first year by myself, as the previous year I was with Mum & Dad.
This year I shall treat myself to a takeaway at the local chippy, and watch some TV. I shall definately be watching "I'll be home for Christmas", the 1988 version. It's a family tradition - White Christmas on Boxing Day, and I'll be home for New Year's Eve.
I will have sherry, and sing "Auld Lang Sine", then watch the fireworks on TV and then speak to all the family on the phone. One downside of fireworks is that poor Jiffy hates them :(
No New Year resolutions - I did them as a kid and always broke them by 2nd Jan, so now I don't bother!
