Verbs and Nouns

How many other words can you think of that are compound words when they are nouns: feedback, but two words when they are verbs: to feed back?

- pinpoint = pin / point
- spotlight = spot / light
- typeface = type /face

Lol! What's "type face"?! I know what it is as a noun, but I am guessing that while you can...erm...oh...actually, I think pinpoint and spotlight as verbs are still one word. "We're going to spotlight her so she can be seen," not "We're going to spot light her so she can be seen."

A typeface or simply "face" is a set of types in a particular disegn. LOL Does it makes sense? :)

Yeah, no, I know what typeface is, but I don't know what it means as a verb, like to "type face" something...oh, wait! Is it to set letters/words, etc. in a particular style...?

I'm not a native English speaker, so it's kind of hard finding these peculiar compound words /verbs :)

And I meant, does it make** sense above, of course.
