Birdsong by Sebastien Faulks is really quite interesting. And so is being hailed on...OWWW.
Today we were in the midst of biking to the orthodontist for Allan when it started raining. Mom got a bit worried, but we were going to continue anyway when it started HAILING. These little tiny pellets of ice can display alarmingly violent outbursts of temper, I can tell you that much! If anyone has been hailed on before they'll know what I'm talking about. And they weren't even that big!
Anyhow we biked back and then it stopped. :P So we set out again in dry clothes...the slight rain did not dampen our aspiration of biking there! The orthodontist was slightly annoyed with us for being late, but when she saw that we had biked there and our sad story of being hailed on she just laughed. So that was alright.
Later that afternoon we went to Lynn's house to borrow a couple of Chinese books, then ended up staying until 6:20 or so because we were having so much fun playing cards, etc. Her lil' sis is so jealous that we get to bike everywhere, casue her mom won't and neither will her sister.
I consider myself to be a very lucky child~
So Sophie, you will not consider going shopping by yourself any longer: you will go biking with me! Hehe~ then strange women won't accost you at Zara anymore, will they?
I've watched Johnny English 2wice in the past 2 days..it's quite an amusing movie. Dad & bro enjoy it as well.
