Thursday, February 13th, me, my sisters and da kidlets were going to see Imagine Dragons in concert at SAP (aka HP Pavillion). Picked up herefox and had lunch at Hobee's. Blueberry Coffeecake!!!
Then drove over to The Crowne Plaza, checked in and then hit Michael's for a book on loom knitting (I had the looms, but no instructions) and some yarn. Pretty yarn.

I am so behind in posting to LJ. I figured I'd just start with a "what did I do this month so far".

The first thing I did this year was go for a walk on the beach just after midnight and watch the fireworks.

PT first thing this morning. I've noticed little improvements - I can reach back and put my hair in a pony tail without going OUCH and I can fold sheets. Yay! lifting my arm over my head I'm up to 175 degrees on my left side and 170 on my right. Much better. Today I was advanced to yellow band stretches.

YAY! I passed my mammogram for another year.

Shoulders are still aching - but things are at least moveable =)
