Frustration is:
Knowing exactly where something was in the old apartment but I haven't a clue where it is in the new one. For example, my earphones. I had one set hanging from the bed headboard and one set was around the knob at the top of the stairs.
I want to listen to my IPOD NOW!!! *sigh*
Wednesday, went to my first A's game of the season. It still feels weird to not have season tickets. K took me as part of my birthday present. Hot dogs were only a dollar - maximum 10 per order, but actually? One is more than enough. Yay! A's won!
Friday, Alani & I had an afternoon together. S wasn't able to pick up the kids this weekend. She chose to go swimming, then watch Bambi (again) and go to old macdonald's for dinner. Rock & Roll Elmo went home with her.
Saturday,
herefox and I went to
Northern Faire. Due to a lot of stuff, this was the first faire that we'd gone to this year. Part of the problem with going in a small group as opposed to a big group, is that you're pretty much done in a couple of hours. Enjoyed
Hahbi 'Ru as usual. I was having a low energy day.
I was also frustrated because I couldn't find the underskirt to my noble-ish costume. I had thought I had put all the costumes in a garment bag, but the skirt was nowhere to be found. *sigh*
Went to the Farmer's market with Joycie this morning - beautiful fall day. Picked up lots of fresh produce: artichokes, daikon, cucumbers, yams, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and grapes. Fridge has been fairly empty since I've moved in. Haven't really done a good grocery store run.
