One quick comment - I know you mean it to be funny so you gave Harry disappointed about it not happening, but I would say that there IS a good chance that Umbridge WAS 'violated'. Nothing in the book says one way or the other.

Being mean to Harry is the Great Unforgivable Sin of the Potterverse. Cruciatus is nothing by comparison.
