Inventory

I have had this scattered jumbled mess surrounding me. The backroom organized by employs in ways that seem to me to make no sense. The displays merchandised in a very cluttered or unorganized manner. No matter how I seem to communicate it there seems to be a gap from my communication to their understanding.

Last night and tonight as they pull together for inventory they finally see a structure in the store. They realize the patterns and finding the perks of staying organized. Tonight alone I watched both my girls as they both looked up at me with their faces saying "oh, I get what you've been trying to communicate all along now."

I also see them growing more encouraged to take pride in all they have achieved in organizing the backroom. I can't wait to see how they are after this is all over. How dedicated they will become, the structure they will build for their zones and their routines. It is time for a meeting to reflect on what we have learned and to create a game plan of what we plan to achieve.

It really is encouraging to me as a manager to see how my impatient patience has paid off. I gain confidence to become encouraged to pursue bigger things. It's been a long four months but today I reaped my rewards.

Thank you team!!
