I started getting sick last night. I think I caught whatever Katie had. This means that I am banned from going to the house for the Christmas in April project. Around the start of the new year I was at almost 225 pounds. Since I decided to get serious about the fire department and get my act in gear I have made great strides. I feel healthier, lighter, have more energy, and I don't loose my breath as fast. As of a few minutes ago I am down to 205 pounds. I am headed in the right direction.
