Shinji only offered a wry smile to Kensei, his own form of an eyeroll. He knew there wasn't really a way to get the other man to see the logical sense in what he was proposing, even though the need for such tactics was obvious in the face of what had happened with Hiyori not much earlier. The blond supposed it had angered Kensei against the Arrancar more, as it had all of them, but Kensei channeled his anger in a different way, perhaps, than the rest of them. More like Hiyori, probably. Shinji would be a little amused to hear what the monkey herself had to say about all of this

Tousen wasn't too keen on the idea of remaining a neutral party like the others but he didn't voice his opinion. Sure it had kept them safer than the Shinigami but he understood that they were likely the next targets after the Shinigami on Adaro's hit list. Before he could lose himself in his thoughts, Shinji's statement brought him back.

The overly-delayed spar. The rubbed at his wrists before he fized his hair behind his head.

"I guess since the discussion is apparently over, I'll start off Kensei-san." Said Tousen before he sent a punch towards the gray-haired Vaizored's direction.

[Lisa] Sucks for you?

Lisa scowled a bit at Shinji's intervention, but she let it rest. Hachi was right. They really did need to stay neutral in this conflict to avoid any problems with Adaro. Eventually, one or the other would win out and then the vaizored would decide how to deal with things then, if they even needed to deal with things.

Lisa leaned back against the wall, closing her eyes to ignore the fight. She had little interest in the match, just in the fact that the others were still there for her, that her family still existed, even now.

The shinigami still had their numbers, even if the arrancar had their home. She'd worry more about their fate once she stopped bumping into them everywhere she went.

A defeated sort of look came about Hachi's face, and he decided to not respond. This was not the first conversation about the war that had ended in a stalemate. It was only natural, of course, for families to bicker among themselves. Hachi simply shrugged to himself and decided to let the issue go until the topic came back another day. Hopefully not due to such dark circumstances.

A flash of movement from Tousen's side of the room caught Hachi's eye, and instinctively, the barrier around the room began to glow, indicating the reiatsu now flowing through it. "Nothing above 1st release, got it you two?" Hachi called out. The discussion had left him in no mood to contain a fight.

[Kensei] ...Lisa's been sucking stuff?

To block a simple punch was instinctive to the level of breathing for Kensei. His arm came up when Tousen jabbed a fist at him, taking the blow against his forearm. All the while, his eyes were narrowed on Shinji. For all his apparent foul humour, the thug Vaizored was not angry at any of the others, only perturbed at the reality that they had to find some niche in this war, dragged in by the tide of shinigami too incompetent to finish off a bunch of pumped up Hollows
