I just worked out today that I have been working every single day since the 15th of September, the last time I was down in Edinburgh. Even then, I only had one full day off. I made sure the 40k club was running before I left on Saturday, and I had to be back in Elgin by 6pm to tech a show

Because the last time they did they got shoved in to The Garage? One of the shittiest venues in Glasgow?

True. That was one of the greatest concerts I've ever been too.

Just check with Caroline, but I don't think it would be impolite. Turning up to a party no matter for how short a time is always politer than not attending :)
