Realisations
I just worked out today that I have been working every single day since the 15th of September, the last time I was down in Edinburgh. Even then, I only had one full day off. I made sure the 40k club was running before I left on Saturday, and I had to be back in Elgin by 6pm to tech a show.
So I don't think it's too unreasonable to want a break. It helps that it's both Caroline's party and Ascension this weekend, unfortunately though both are the same night.
So this's post's main questions are: is it impolite to go to a party, then leave halfway through to go out with a different group of friends? I rarely get to see people so cramming in as much as possible into my visits makes sense, but I don't want to offend people at the same time.
The other is the age old favourite; can I stay at someone's this Saturday night?

On a side note or two, The Days Of Grays by Sonata Artica is outstanding. Especially the orchestral versions. Flashforward is a new show on channel 5, and after two episodes I'm hooked. The whole pre-detemination/free will is quite interesting. I hope they don't forget and ignore it.
