Three bassists later...
Hey kids. I hope the summer, whether burgeoning or already in full force, is going swimmingly for all.
This weekend is the almighty road trip to Ottawa, where we (the Tories) will be recording our big EP this weekend. We will also be partying at Maleaha's and maybe going downtown or something for some action - I mean, adult-oriented fun. Whatever!
If you are a competent bassist, you are welcome to come and play with us, since we have recently become bassist-less again. If so, get in touch with me, Jeff or Geoff immediately so we can schedule a jam. Otherwise, I'm just going to multitrack it on myself, since I happened to play bass in a band back in the day...
To everyone else, there will be two extra spaces in my car, so if you want to just come up for the weekend for some driving, recording, partying and seeing Ottawa in the summer, again, get in touch with myself, Jeff or Geoff. The more, the merrier and it'll be a weekend to remember. We leave early Friday evening and return Sunday night. We'll be crashing at Maleaha's apartment, which is a sweet pad. Drinking is yes, in case you are wondering.
