Okay, it's half time.
I was just sitting there, strategizing for the patriots, since they can't seem to do it well on their own, when Halftime Show comes on. Talk about expensive pyrotechnics. Anyways, McCartney starts singing, and everyone in the home is singing along (the losers we are) and all is normal. Then "Hey Jude" starts playing. And I'm watching the stands, and I see Eagles fans hugging Patriots fans, Patriots fans slapping their Eagles pals backs, etc. I'm like "Aww, that's nice, they're getting along." And then he lets the audience sing along. I must say, that was the most touching thing. All grudges were gone for those 20 seconds, every little quarrel, or dislike was stopped. They were all singing. It was happy time. Everyone knew the lyrics, young and old. I knew the lyrics, my family knew the lyrics. The teams knew the lyrics. They say that Paul McCartney brings people of all nations together, and he really does. We could really use him to help keep peace. I am now inspired from this brief 3 minute song, to try and change the world. If anyone wants to join me, well, you know my name.
