Fasting

I know many of us have tried fasting for a day just for fun. But today was not one of those days. At 3:45pm today, I had a doctor's appointment for blood testing. And in preparation for that, one must fast 12 hours prior to the appointment. My last meal before fasting was yesterday at 8:30pm. I spent most of today surviving on water and J.K.

Well I'm glad that you finally got to eat. I hope that everything's well when they read the test.

Bloode test

It's a standard test that goes along with getting a physical. I'd be suprised if they found anything. I assume my doctor will again tell me how healthy I am, as he did after the first part of the physical. He was impressd with my veins.

hmm, I've never been asked to not eat before a blood test. Maybe they were looking for something different.

It was part of my physical, that they perform a blood test. It's just rutine.
