Hope everyone's holidays have been great, mine was cool but in a "huh, well that was weird" sort of way. Besides the general weirdness with extended family nobody really got each other much in the way of gifts but for the most part we all didn't really need anything, so it didn't matter, I was happy just eating holiday meals and watching Christmas

Wow, you did go a bit overboard, jumping from the different types and proofs will do that to most people, for me the one thing that has ever made me feel hungover/sick/ugh is brandy, it is a sneaky drink that waits a very long time before making its move and then overstays it's welcome only leaving after it's trashed the place. Usually the best thing to do is get one large container of a base drink like vodka or rum and buy things to mix with them, you will get just as drunk and won't have to worry about getting sick from drinking different liqueurs (clear/dark/whatever), plus the most expensive/best juices and cokes are a lot cheaper than even the third rate booze, you save money and have something normal you can drink in the morning to rehydrate.

I really think/hope this is the last time any of those tired sprites are used, the exception being the ones from Warzard which maybe 300 people in the U.S. got to play so they might as well be new, it is pretty much like the episode of the Simpsons where Marge just keeps making alterations to the same dress to wear to the country club, sad. I read that Capcom is working on a completely new Vampire Saviour/Darkstalkers project but it is just in the planning stages at the moment, this and the revamping of the Resident Evil series along with the new Devil May Cry screenshots gives me hope for seeing more projects that hearken back to glory days of Capcom when they didn't half-ass things just to make a buck, which to be fair, the half-assed stuff is still as good if not better than a lot of the other stuff out there.

I can't wait for DMC 3. It looks really sweat and after I traded in DMC 2 for x-men legends, I really don't have my fix for DMC. I hope the Vampire Savior/Darkstalkers game will be good. But, it seems like it's just the fighting games that they half-ass, and not anything else.

They totally revamped Resident Evil, plus, (i think this was capcom) the Viewtifull Joe games look cool. But alas, I've totally given up on wishing that capcom would give us a descent fighting game. Cause if they redid everything, then it would be screwed up. Example- Anything after Mortal Kombat 3 Ultimate.
