yeah, i used to be just an occasional, only on one cigarette on my way to work every few days a few years ago, and then i worked at ihop, and started taking smoke breaks....and now i find them so good because they get your heart rate up and give you a little boost, but it's the most disgusting habit ever, and i stink a lot, and it makes my skin dull, ewwww i hope you get out of there....restaraunts are all like that it's a total cult ;)
