Seven hours without sleep, and I feel like hell.
I want to work on the latest game, the test for someone I’ve had in my sights for some time, but waited for the right moment to start playing with… but all I want to do is close my eyes and rest. However, something is keeping me awake and it isn’t the pain inside my skull, though that aches and throbs and makes me suffer more than any human being deserves…
Except those who are to be the players in my games.
My thoughts are confused and disordered. I cannot concentrate, however much I need to. Guide the pencil on the paper, calculate size and distance and how sharp the blades must be… should I call Amanda, and ask her to bring painkillers or some other drug to make me sleep?
