"behold, the ku klux goose!"

I just wrote a well long thing but then Leo jumped on the keyboard and everything disappeared.
*sigh*

There was an armed robbery at the Natwest outside college today. How exciting. The guys were still inside and there were rumours of hostages and bombs but I doubt there were. Either way the whole of Wilmslow Road from Fallowfield to Whitworth Park was closed off and there were tons of police everywhere. We had to leave college by the back exit and go down Lower Park Road. It was quite interesting but annoying because we'd planned our Last Day Curry and the whole curry mile was closed. We got a bus into town instead and sat in the curry buffet quoting Napoleon Dynamite and The Mighty Boosh at each other, then went home.
Today wasn't very Christmassy for a last day. A lot of people weren't in and my lessons were pretty much non-existant. Plus it was tipping it down and not very nice. Yesterday was more Christmassy, Alice's table had a picnic in their art lesson and I was on a free so joined in for the Christmas music and party rings. Then there was mass. It made me laugh how much effort the teachers go to to make sure people actually go. They locked every building after form so there was nowhere for people to hide and then herded the panicking students into the gym before they had chance to think of an escape route. Joe and I slipped out and ran away while one teacher's back was turned but since we had no plan as to where to go we ended up wandering down Oxford Road towards town. We decided in the end to go to the museum and spent half an hour wandering round looking at the creepy glass-eyed stuffed animals and birds and peering through the glass at the snake and tree frogs and big fat toads and 2 lizards having sex. Then we went on a mission, and it is a bit of a mission, to find the T-rex. It's a bit crap really. It's not a real skeleton, it's not that big and it doesn't even move or make a noise or anything. Rubbish.

Fear of Music later, you'll all miss out. I know everyone who reads this isn't coming. Your loss. It's going to be fun so there.
