[Thanks to the Reaper, Kuja can't ACTUALLY turn Sheol into a crater the way he would like to. But his magic is still back, even in its limited form, and the result on his psyche is profound. From the Village, lightning and flashes of raw magical energy can be seen deep within woods as he tests out his spells. This is eventually followed by a loud CA-RACK! noise from the direction of the lake and an explosion of steam. The view from the crow is small and indistinct as it seems the bird is keeping a good deal of distance between itself and the insane mage.

It does pick up the sound of laughter, though.]
