Heeere we go again
Aaaaand another sleepless night for me :/
This time it's not anxiety, so i have clear cut symptoms.
It isn't my heart, thankfully, it does seem to be some kind of infection though, and given it only seems to be doing this whole neck-swelling, dry mouth, twitchy muscle thing at this time of night/day, I'm guessing it is reacting somewhat with my main dose of medications (and possibly i didn't eat enough food with them, or I should take them BEFORE eating nto after, but i dont know).
Either way, I am calm, I am just tired now. I had a slightly straining day already. To be fair, I probably shouldn't have gone out, because today was disgustingly humid and hot, the wind was warm for frags sake. And here I was, going into the city and walking around to submit my assignment and put some work into palloys and take a stupid trip to the comic book shop. Ugh. I am dumb.
I got 4 hours sleep between 7 and 11am, then 2 more hours tonight from 8 to 10pm.
Soooo yea. Have to change my plans for tomorrow. I had an excercise Physiology appointment, but i'll have to call him in the morning and tell him Im not going to come, cause i'm not making myself worse. I'll see if my grandma can give me a lift to the doctors so i can get checked out while NOT suffering a panic attack that clouds my symptoms.
Right now though, this kinda sucks.I took some more magnesium to help the muscle twitches. I might go forage for some cold meds too and see if we have anything anti-inflamatory.
Also, the weather channel plays awesome music.
Alright, off i go to find shit to make this all-nighter more bearable.
*drinks a litre or two of water*
