I wish I could find a nice title for this
So today started off pretty lame, I went on sharedtalk to practice my Japanese like the almost-motivated kid I am and got bitched at by some psychotic guy who thinks learning languages is a life or death situation. It all started because he was practicing French and English and hey, I speak both of those! So he says everything twice, once in French and once in English. Then he complains that it's hard to do that. So I try to be nice and tell him he doesn't have to do that if it's hard.
The little bitch goes crazy at this point. He just starts bitching like 'BAW I'M HERE TO PRACTICE BLAH BLAH BLAH' and like... whatever xD Then at some point he's like PARLEZ JAPONAIS! (speak japanese! because i was speaking english/french too, OH SORRY I WAS TRYING TO HELP YOU OUT. BAW.) and I was like... yo, why are you getting all mad over nothing? He ignores this and then kind of subtley insults me calling me lazy (guilty as charged) and shit and the whole time I just wanted to be like 'BITCH WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU CALLING ME VOUS IF YOU'RE SO MAD? YOU COULD'VE SAID PARLES JAPONAIS, IT WOULD HAVE MADE MORE SENSE IN THIS CONTEXT.' but as usual I was a doormat and kept my mouth shut.
Anyways, he was stupid. Lol. I mean sure I'm lazy but shut up yeah? xD
Some korean guy asked me if I was white and when I said yes he left. I loled a little. I was actually really tempted to retort, 'yes, are you yellow?' but I decided that for once I should keep my mouth shut. Had it been a friend IRL I would've done it, lol, I can't help myself with the stupid jokes. But I told Jimin about it later and she loled with me, at least she thinks I'm funny. I bet my flist is like 'look at this moron /remove from friendslist' right now. Aah, I've been holding back so much this whole summer.
Why are pregnant ladies always so damn nice? Why can't, just for once, a pregnant lady heading into the hot tub be totally bitchy? Today I had to keep a pregnant lady out of the hot tub again but she was NICE! and she did that pregnant lady sadface and made me feel bad. Nice people make my job so hard to do, I end up feeling hella guilty, and then I'm too embarrassed to ask to touch their belly. DDD: I WANNA FEEL THE BABIES I SAVE!
On a brighter note I kept some children out of the hot tub too, that was satisfying and made me feel like a powerful, useful lifeguard. The chef was right by the fence seperating the bar from the pool too, I bet he heard my awesome lifeguarding skills. I bet he was impressed by the way I explained to the woman that her baby could suffer braindamage and how I said 'we' instead of 'you' to the kids to seem less evil but still authoritative.
...In my world. Sigh. Actually, the chef is an annoying ass, he's really cheap when he makes the staff lunch, and even the client's food too! I feel bad for the waitresses having to bring those meager little meals to rich snobby people who will then give them less tips. >:
I think my boss is mad at me for always hanging around the bar, but fuck, it's boring alone at the pool! >: Lonely lifeguard face time. He also keeps making comments about my sunglasses because apparently they're too big and dark and I can't see with them on |: Well, I'm sorry for wanting to protect my eyes from the sun. D:< I may have failed my exam but I clearly remember my (ugh ugh ugh hate her so much) instructor telling us LIFEGUARDS NEED SUNGLASSES, HATS, SUNSCREEN, WHISTLE, PARASOL, FLOATING OBJECT!!!!1 Not that I usually have the rest of those with me except the parasol. |D;; In my defense there are no floating objects besides the buoys and spaghettis and balls. Lol, balls.
I've found out that I shouldn't write fics longer than 10 chapters, I get bored of them. Now I have another 4 chapters of HGTG to write that I'm not really looking forward to anymore, but I can't just leave it unfinished. Goddamn.
Oh yeah, I pissed myself laughing when Caelan came over. I really needed some human contact with someone other than my parents/coworkers, it felt so good to see a face I associate myself with by choice and not because I work/live with that face. Yey for faces.
Speaking of faces, my farm on Farmville (on facebook) levelled up like twice today. Win. I bought a bunch of stuff, yey for me.
