Dear Blizzard,
When I woke up this morning, I discovered I could not log in because my prepaid time had expired. What? The first thing I thought of was OMG someone has stolen my info and my account's been drained. So I run to my online banking site. No, money is there. Plenty enough to pay for my WoW subscription. I scratch my head and wonder what is going on, I've never had an issue before with this.
Then I see the Customer Service forums are lit up like early Christmas with this same issue.
I am annoyed but mostly relieved. It is kinda nice to know it isn't me.
