Southern comfort... oh well...
Wow, this was one hell of an intense episode!! and now... let the rant begin..
I really like Garth, I'm happy he's back and that he hugged Dean in the end, cause boy does he need that! Yes, yes, I know, he said a lot of things to Sam but honestly.... I'm glad. After all, Dean NEVER betrayed Sam or left him behind and to me Dean has ALL the rights to be pissed with his brother for NOT looking for him for a WHOLE year. Sam, I know you wanted out, I know you were alone, but when your brother disappears you MAYBE try and look for him before giving up completely!
I really don't care you didn't know where to look, this is not an explanation, cause you didn't even fucking tried!!!!!!! THAT is what really pisses me (and Dean) off. I mean, when Dean was in hell you tried to get him out but failed. you even tried to deal with a crossroad's demon yourself... but this time? no? not even worth a day of research? sorry, I can't get over this.
and then, in the end, you act all pissed because of Amelia? to me (and probably to Dean) it's like you chose AGAIN a girl (at least this time she's not a demon... well, as far as we know...;)) over your own brother! and you wonders why Dean's pissed?
and now let's talk about Benny. He is NOT like Amy. Yes,ok, they're both monsters, but Dean killed Amy cause she had killed 4 people already but Benny? apart from saving Dean for a whole year and helping him get out of Purgatory I believe he was feeding off donated blood.... so, yes, he's a vampire but it seems he had changed his ways way before being killed by his own maker....also it doesn't look to me that Benny used Dean in any way, like Ruby did with Sam to free Lucifer or Amy to save her son (by killing innocent people)...
Lastly, I surely don't like this tension between the brothers, it really makes my heart ache,but I'm happy Dean stood up for himself..about time!!!! especially if you consider that he seemed to listen to Garth's opinion (you and your brother are all each other has) whereas Sam threatened to leave once again.. good one Sam, really... *hangs head*
so, to sum it up to me it was a very good ep, loved the "Fell on black days" montage (so well done!), yay for ghosts! and I really hope Sam understands how hurt Dean is and tries to reconnect to him cause I really need to love my Sammy again. Cause I miss him.
