Annoyed Again

So, I get home today after a perfectly uneventful journey only to find that sky have screwed me over again. It seems that they are unable to cancel a single viewing card at a time when a multiroom option is in place. Well, either that or gross incompetance and I'm willing to accept either as an option. Anyway, the result is that I don't have a working viewing card while my parents have the full spectrum. To say I'm a little annoyed that sky customer service reps neglected to say that they'd done it, is a bit of an understatement. I don't like actually making a complaint to a company but if circumstances demand it, I'll do it and I'll do it right. Chairman of the company, here I come!
