Just 2 points off the top!! Woo hoo! Things are looking up! Of course there is that small matter of us having played a game more than Arsenal, and that they have a GD of 11 as compared to our 5, but we'll ignore that and just savour the moment!
It was a good game. Probably one of the more interesting United/Chelsea games. Of course the ref had a lot to do with that. Seriously, I'm hugely disappointed in him. I wish he had allowed us to win it fair and square. Now all the good work that we did will be overshadowed by the ref's decisions

Michael had one of his best games of the season. Got in some really good tackles. I think playing against Chelsea motivates him hugely.

And I seriously hate Joe Cole. There was a time when I found him cute, but after what he did today, no chance! He deserved to be sent off for that tackle, he didn't even attempt to get the ball. I think he just wanted to put Cris out for the rest of the season. Thank god he's not seriously injured!
How good is it to see Wayne Rooney back and back to his best? He was terrific today. That first shot which Peter Cech saved, world class! And he linked up so well with Cristiano. But he and Carlos need a few more games together, at times they didn't appear to be on the same wavelength. Tevez was quite good, really nice header. Great to see him score his first of hopefully many goals for United! So good day overall. Just hope Rio's fine. And we finally have a 2-0 victory! Yay!
