To put you at ease - just read at manutd.com that Fergie is fairly sure that Wazza will be fine for Barca. Along with Edwin, Ando, Owen... and I'm very sure I'm forgetting someone. Thank God, it obviously was just painful. A knock on the bone is no fun. Hurts like a bitch so he better keep cooling it. *pets Wayne*
About the match. I had a weird feeling about this before it even started. Don't know why but it seems that whenever we could make things more simple for us, we make it harder. I mean, the point is enough. But yeah. Yay for our fighting spirit anyhoo. Nani made an instant impact.
I guess, it was just one of those days where too many players had an off-day. Doesn't matter if one does, but when half the team is somehow off... All the more credit to us, that we made it a draw.
United for life!!! Absolutely. No matter if they put me close to a temper tantrum of cosmic proportions or make me flail myself off the bed with happiness. Heh.
Ooh, thank you for letting me know. There's no way that Fletch could be fit for that, is there? It's probably too soon for him.
Don't know why but it seems that whenever we could make things more simple for us, we make it harder. I know, remember last season? When we played...Everton, was it? We were 2-0 down at half-time and Chelsea were winning their game. Then, of course, we came back remarkably to win 4-2, whereas Chelsea drew their game. Scarily enough, this season is turning out to be the same. What worries me is that that game drained us so much that we completely lost it at the San Siro. But thankfully, this time, we have a better squad with fewer injures, so *keeps fingers crossed*
It's the best place to be as a United fan. You get all the drama, all the action and all the silverware too. Plus the football's not too bad either!
I would think it highly unlikely as well but you never know. I just hope that they really all have only brilliant self-healing and are not shot up with painkillers to be able to play when they are not a 100% fit.
The drama. I don't want the drama. Can't I just get the action and the beautiful footie and the silverware on top for the boys? Wah. I'll be a wreck come the end of May and then it's not long till the Euros and with the not great form Portugal has been in as of late, I doubt that will be any less nerve-wrecking.
