It was a pretty good weekend...
Benji and I came into XL around 7:30 to a completely empty house. I had given my dad the new Plus One cd for Father's Day, so I just ripped that baby out and gladly listened to it until the 'rents came home. Good times... Nice and peaceful.
Saturday, we all worked at the new house and did a little laying out as well. Man-o-man, was it hot!!! Thankfully, our new neighbors have a pool :) That night, we all had great conversation in jacuzzi - playing 20 questions is always a favorite.
Sunday was wonderful, of course. Dad preached a kick-butt sermon and they had a reception for the family due to dad's 2-yeah anniversary there. That church is SO sweet. I'm so thankful that pop was called to a church that has such a TRUE desire to do the Lord's work.
Ahhhhh - feels so good to have this mini-mester almost completed. Study study study is the name of the game from now until Thursday. Next up: Linear Algebra and Public Speaking. Hurray for Emmy D! (that's for you Bradford!!)
