i swear this place is just too much for me.
ok so. tonight. geeeh. i wish bob hill would just transfer and make my life so much easier. sometimes i swear he just does everything opposite of me just to annoy me. so raincheck man comes in tonight. and im so tired of him. GOD. so for the heck of it i run his card thru cma....and theres a memo that says dont give rainchecks. im like O.O......omg i can finally tell him no?!? so i called loss prevention to find out if it was really true, did we really beat him in his own game....and i asked if it meant that he couldnt have rainchecks that one week, or forever....and they're like...ever. i almost threw myself a party. so he comes back up and im like oh, i cant give you rainchecks. sorry. lol. so he gets all bent out of shape, cuz heaven forbid we should foil his plans to get every raincheck possible. so he wants bob hill. cuz they're buddy buddy. im like CRAP. he had to call for a manager. gaaah. so i call bob hill, and hes basically like, what do you want me for. so im like well, theres a memo in this guy's account that says no rainchecks. and hes like what? ive never heard that before. and i really wanted to be like well you barely deal with him anyways. so he comes up, and my GOD, i just wanted to smack him!!! hes like, let me see this memo. so he looks and yeah, its really in there, i didnt just make it up. hes like and you called loss prevention? so im like yeah they said no rainchecks. so bobs like....no, just give him his rainchecks, he can always get them here. im like wha?!?! loss prevention says no and i have to give them to him anyways!?! RAAAA!!! so then the guy leaves, and bob's like, yeah, if we're out of something, we're definatley going to give him a raincheck....not all customers are equal when it comes to wanting to help them.....just because some customers arent as easy to deal with as others doesnt mean we're not going to help them....ive never had any problems with him.....so if he comes up again just give him the rainchecks. HE THINKS I PUT THAT MEMO IN. he was like trying to stare me down, he kept asking if we did that at store level. im like oh hell no. not only can we not put memos in at store level, just because i hate the guy doesnt mean im going to lie to a manager. im so frickin mad at him. he believes the guy whos ripping us off over his own booth clerk!!! we finally beat the guy in his own game and saint bob hill has to come in and NOT stand up for his employees or loss prevention. grrrrrrr. how i do hate that man.
and melissa tells me that luigi thinks im mad at him. im like whaa? oh sure, im mad that he got the job that i was going for, but its not his fault. but then while luigi was covering my break, hes like so are you getting promoted. im like no. hes like oh i thought you were gunna be training for head cashier. im like no luigi, i will never see head cashier as long as im here. im training in the safe, but most definately not head cashier. so hes like, but chris said today that you were. *sigh* oh chris. so i kinda snapped at him....im like well chris is the reason i got my hopes up in the first place cuz he kept saying i was gunna get trained...but i can tell you for sure that im not. i dont know where chris is getting these ideas, but obviously if the managers are telling me that im not, im going to believe them over something chris heard before he went on vacation. so im like no luigi, i will never be head cashier, but i start training for safe next week. thats all thats going on with me. im not leaving either, so we can kill that rumor too. geeeeeh. i find that rumors are not cool if your the one its about.
so yeah. workin 4-10 tomorrow. for the 7th day in a row. but whatever. i need the hours. 'specially with school starting. in 2 weeks. geeeeh. this year is gunna be friggin hard.
