I'm watching Ghosthunters right now. It's kinda freaky, but at the same time I'm not really paying much attention to it. Whoa, creepy mannequins. Good times.
I'm excited b/c my dad is letting me use his video camera to my own will. I bought some empty tapes so now I'm armed and ready! Beware when you hang out with me. You never know when I'll have my camera on me. It's funny b/c the last time I taped something with the really old camera from '87, I taped Nix, April and I hanging out in my room and I remember "interviewing" Nix on her painting while April was taping and I made fun of Nix and April just laughed the whole time. I need to pull that out and watch it now. It has been a year since she died and I want to say it's different, but I've been thinking about her all the time since she died, so it's not like I'm all of a sudden starting to think about her. It was weird that the anniversary of her funeral, I went to the Marilyn Manson concert. It's weird b/c I went with Jackie and Billy. Last time we saw Manson was last October and it was Me, Jackie, Billy and April. So it was weird going to see Manson without her, especially on November 21, the day of her funeral. Of course we drank and had a good time b/c that's the way she would want it. But I just kept thinking in the back of my head that she was there the whole time with us rocking out.
Well the Manson show was fun but for some reason it wasn't as great as it usually is. The audience just didn't seem to be as in to it as they usually are. After every song, people would just clap and it would dissipate soon after. The songs were awesome. John 5 and Ginger Fish were not there since 5 left the band, and Ginger was injured again. He was replaced by Chris Vrenna who used to play in NIN. So that was pretty cool. I don't know who the guy was that was playing guitar. Noone seemed to care. They played "Irresponsible Hate Anthem." Fucking right. It was sweet as hell. Manson got on his old stilts and sang "Tourniquet." It was weird b/c right before that song, the band played the beginning of "Minute of Decay" and we all thought they were gonna play that song and I nearly shit my pants. But then they played "Tourniquet" right after. They played for about an hour and a half and left the stage. The lights didn't go on so we knew he wasn't finished. It was pitch black and then you heard the crowd cheer again as the band got back onstage. Manson was standing at his huge podium with the shock symbol on it from Antichrist Superstar. In the background was 3 huge shock symbol flags from back in the day. It was pretty freaking sweet. They sang "Antichrist Superstar" obviously b/c you can't sing any other song when you've got the shock podium up there. Jesus. It was awesome.
I'm going to be in Doylestown on Friday and Runnemede on Saturday. I'm now a traveling comedian. I'm on tour! lol. Yeah not really. But I'm glad I'll get to be in a new place like Doylestown.
So that's about it. Gwen's new album came out but I'm not allowed to get it. My mom refuses to let me buy anything for myself so close to Christmas. She gets mad if I ever buy anything. I'm going out to Bailey's tonight with Heather, Rachel, Brian and Danielle. Others will join (i.e. Nix). We'll see how everything goes.
