What The Old Bowls Could Have Brought Us

Now the actual BCS games this year were not bad except for the Sugar  BCS Championship Game.  But Jan 1st was great.  Here is the argument to restore January 1st or at least play all of these bowls first across a couple of day and then have the polls and computers determine #1 vs #2.

These matchups are fudged for conferences and tie ins that don't

That one was at least competitive.

The Orange Bowl was a disaster.

The Sugah Bowl was a bad team trying to suck out on a good team that refused to win. The Orange may have been a blow out but it was the squirt that no one said had a chance who [again] thrashed the big boy.
