Ok, one day late but I can now say I have lost 2 stone! Yep 2 whole stone!

I have properly joined the gym. I am much happier, clothes are much much looser. I am going to carry on dieting to lose as much weight as I can before I come to London on 31st March!

Well yesterday was weigh-in day and I have lost officially another 7/8 pounds meaning a total of 1 stone 8 pounds in 4 weeks. According to my home scales I have lost 1 stone 10 pounds so that's all groovy ( Read more... )

I have lost another 7 pounds - that means I have lost 1 stone 8 pound in 3 weeks unofficially. Well I have been on the diet a week and today I found out I have lost 10lbs! Woohoo! 10lbs!!
