Getting married!
Ryan proposed to me on Monday and of course i said yes! I had a feeling it was coming because ive been dropping hint bombs about it for about a month now. I thought for sure he was going to do it on Friday when we were celebrating our valentines day, but it never came and he really didnt get my anything that special, but he did mention that there was something that he has for me that unfortunatley wont arrive until monday. So Monday rolls around and he had the day off of work so we spent the whole day together, with the exception of him going to his work to check some emails. We go shopping and stuff and I finally ask him where this other present is and he said that there was a delay and i wont get it until tuesday. Well darn! So later on im just chiling on my computer and he walks in and says " Ok well i lied, i have your present right here." and he brings out the little box and opens it and asked me to marry him. I was so surprised!! So yeah! Yay! I still cant believe it and it's still sinking in. Ryan said he wants to get married this year. So we are looking at october. Unfortunatley, i didnt know how much weddings cost and man.. it is a lot of money. It sounds like his parents arent going to help out a whole lot. My mom said she wants to buy the dress and i called my dad and asked if he wanted to help and he said he will get back to me on that one. So basically if we cant get the help then the wedding will be sometime next year, that way we can save up money. I dont know what i want.. both having it in october and next year sound good to me but if its going to be in october then i have to get on the ball with the planning like RIGHT now. So yeah, its all up in the air and the more i think about it, the more i want to do it next year, and i think it should be that way. We will have to see.
