ARGH! When it rains it fuckin' pours.
This maybe the univers throwing a frustrating fix at me or it maybe just my string of luck. I got a few emails from Microsft this morning telling me that my purchase of 200$+ of software has gone through. I didn't buy any software! Crap my Microsoft Live account just got hacked. I logged into Live and sure enough there is a bunch of crap bought.
Microsofts admin page is pretty cool. I saw that whomever bought this crap was actvily downloading the software. I was able to cancel the download and delete the download queue. After chaning my password I callec M$ support and found they wont be able to move on this until I get my xbox 360s serial number so they don't mistakenly brick my xbox. I did get a hold of my bank and they got me set up with a new debit card and assured me any over charges will be waved. Plus they put me on some courtesy loan program that will allow me to pull out up to 600$. It normally charges a 35$ service fee but due to the circumstances I won't be charged a fee.
Its nice to know I wont be boned for cash till next payday. It only cost me some frustration and about 30 minuits of unpaid time from work while I ran to the bank to get this sorted out.
