So M$ assures me my live account is going to be shut down for 25 days while they research my hacked account. I asked them if that was a maximum time limit and they said 'no'. Its apparently the minimum time limit my account is going to be shut down for the investigation. So no netflix on my TV, no access to my save games. so annoying
