#009 Doctor Who: Favorite Episodes of Season 1 & 2 - PART 1
As I feared, this turned out to be HUGE. It got out of hands cause 1) it's too pretty!!! ALL OF IT. Pretty people, pretty landscape, EVERYTHING IS PRETTY. 2) I get screencaps happy, like, really. 3) I DO WHAT I WANT. I don't even know how I managed to ACTUALLY make a top since I can't choose so let's say that at the time the challenge was posted, these were my favorite eps of season 1 & 2. But basically, I love pretty much all of them. Ok, & the more I look at it the more I'm telling myself that a lot are missing BUT ANYWAY. Also, if you're not watching the show already, DO IT. CAUSE IT'S AWESOME & FLAWLESS & PERFECT & IT HAS PRETTY PEOPLE DOING AWESOME STUFF.

10. Aliens of London - Series 1, Episode 4
It has the first noticable mention of bad wolf, The Doctor being slapped by Jackie, him giving Rose a key to the TARDIS (♥), The Doctor in Downing Street, Harriet Jones and farting green aliens from Raxacoricofallapatorius. I could have added Wold War Three but I think this picspam is big enough.
09. Rose - Series 1, Episode 1
Obvious choice. I love how they meet, Nine's big smile & his big ears, I adore Rose being awesome already, Plastic Mickey, The Doctor coming back at the end & Rose going with him. Run for your life, we're falling through space you & me & other oh... FANTASTIC. The beginning of some kickass adventures.
08. The Idiot's Lantern - Series 2, Episode 7
NEW-YORKY LONDON! The overload of cuteness that is Rose in that outfit, THE VESPA, and the Doctor fighting to get Rose back give their faces back to everyone. AND THE HAIR. & THE CLIMBING. Yeah, you get the pictures
07. Bad Wolf / The Parting of the Ways - Series 1, Episode 12-13
Do I need to explain? Jack, Daleks, big yellow truck, AND BAD WOLF. I LOVE IT. Also, Nine's last ep ;___; YOU NEVER FORGET YOUR FIRST DOCTOR. Also I love the subject of this episode, I think we're all a bit afraid tv reality will turn like that (or maybe I'm just really paranoid).
06. School Reunion - Series 2, Episode 3
OMGWTFBBQ GILES! AND HE'S AN ALIEN (not to mention after that ep, I suspect Uther to be an alien too). So yeah, Anthony Heads, SARAH JANE SMITH, K9♥!! The ex & the mrs :) I love the dynamic of the quatuor, I love Rose's concern about what will happen to her, the bond between the Doctor & Sarah Jane & between her & Rose. I just love that Rose is faced with what will eventually happen to her & that she's so sad about it. also, Doctor/K9♥ & I think I would have liked physics a lot more if I had had Tennant as a teacher.
