Got the referral for CDC and our appointment is in 2 mths time \('o')/

And all the doc had to see was Dib's response to her calling his name... which was nil. I told her he'd only respond to people he's familiar with so I called him but he only side-eyed me coz the doc was probably too close to me for his comfort (-_-). I also mentioned that he has been seeing a private therapist & that his preschool teachers commented on his need to see the CDC so I think that pushed her more to write a stronger worded letter to quicken the appointment date. Also, she mentioned that her sister is the head section for special ed class in Dib's preschool so that strengthened my argument more ('o')

She said the CDC will contact me in 2 weeks' time for an appointment and that if I don't get the call by that time, that I get back to her as soon as possible coz they scrutinise every case to see which warrants their attention. She also said she wants to see Dibs again in October to review his weight (it was too low for her comfort so she gave me a bottle of multivitamin syrup to get him eating more) so off as I went to schedule a date with the nurse. When I got to the appointment room, the nurse said that I don't need to wait for the call from CDC coz she already called them herself and got me an appointment at the end of September! Wot!

So yes, first Dib's dental appointment in Sept, CDC a few weeks after that & then back to the clinic in Oct for his weight review ^.^;;;

Workwise... had a bit of a hiccup in one of today's catering function. My fault.  Good thing is the organiser agreed that I just top up the hi-tea menu to compensate for the mistake in the lunch menu. Also had another organiser from a different function call me up because lunch wasn't set up yet... not our fault. The administration from the organiser gave us the wrong address so I forwarded the original order from their admin and he quickly apologised and gave me the right venue. It turned out the venue for lunch was supposed to be for hi-tea session and vice versa *phewh*
