We went camping over the holiday weekend and then had my job interview last week, so I haven't had  a lot of time (or energy) to exercise lately.  I did go on a 6.5 mile hike at the campground, tho.

Worked on Squat Clean Lifts - I got up to 70#, which is not my max but coach Wendy (who is quickly turning into my favorite coach) was again really adjusting my form.  I can feel a bit tetchy during this 'cause I'm going, "Like this?  How's this??  Is this right??! What am I doing wrong now???!!!!!)  But on the other hand I enjoy the feeling of making improvements/progress.

Then the WOD:
For Time:
60 DU (double-unders: jump rope with the rope passing under your feet twice)
6 Atlas Stone to Shoulder (this is a 45# ball of concrete)
6 K2E ("knees to elbows" while hanging from a bar - mine are K2 somewhere in the vicinity of E)
40 DU
4 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
4 K2E
20 DU
2 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
2 Bar Muscle Ups (subbed ring rows & dips)
250m Row Sprint
I don't remember my time, it was kind of slow but I really struggled through doing the double-unders.  I can do them, but not consistently, so to do 60 takes forever.  The rest of the WOD wasn't too bad, except one time I let the Atlas Stone roll off the side of my shoulder (instead of straight back) and it's still all bruised.
Then we did: 100 Abmat Situps for Time
My time was 4:04 or 4:14, somewhere around there.

Crossfit Time Trials - these are standard diagnostic tests we do every few months to see how much progress we're making.  Sadly, I wasn't feeling very well (hadn't eaten much, but wasn't hungry, blah), so I didn't do my best.  After all, I had just done the 100 situps Friday a whole minute faster!  It wasn't very hot, but it was raining and sooooo humid.  Even my shins were sweating.
400m run          2:03 (this was the only thing I actually felt good about, altho I really want to break 2:00!!!)
100 air squats  3:56
100 pullups       0  (I did 22 negatives (jump up, lower slowly down) during the time)
100 pushups     79  (ran out of time (5:00).  I've done these within that time before :(
100 situps         93  (argh!)
500m row          2:39 (not my best time either)
