recognize the inevitable

In a few hours I’ll be leaving LA. This morning I got up and went to Santa Monica with Kaelan and Robert, went surfing, got ragged on by Robert for wiping out and then left for Cecily’s godparent’s apartment. Her godparents are above and beyond awesome, I walked in shivering and her godmother literally pushed me into the shower…I had met her all of five minutes before and she was already offering her shower to me. Definitely cool. They live in this amazing apartment complex in Santa Monica, the same complex as Britney Spears apparently. We left shortly afterwards because her godfather was writing and had a deadline to meet; Kaelan said he wrote Blue Crush and Fast and the Furious, pretty fucking cool if you ask me. Hit Bellwood on the way back and then played pool for a few hours. Not a bad day in Los Angeles, but I’m sure every day will be better in Santa Barbara. This evening I’m going to an empty three bedroom, two-bathroom house. I don’t know if we still have a TV set up or if we still have cable but it doesn’t matter, it will be nice to have no TV or Internet. I have to find a job, go see Tracy and check out the guest house I’ll be moving into at the end of the summer, start searching for an apartment and surf everyday. I’ll be home in LA pretty frequently so I really don’t think there is anything I will miss aside from Cappy, Kanga, and yes…Jackie. If anyone is in the Santa Barbara area I’m sure you have my cell number and everyone is more than willing to give me a call and maybe come and stay a night, have to go finish packing so I bid you all a very fond farewell.
Love,
Heartless
