This PA job (which is almost over) requires a lot of driving around, which means I'm often behind the wheel from 1 to 5 hours of the day. The free time is great, but difficult to use. All my stuff and I rolled into Los Angeles on August 24th. Unpacking finished earlier this week. So far, I’ve noticed several differences between this new city, and my previous, Seattle.

1. The dairy products taste different, even if under the same names (Tillamook cheese is saltier, Knudsen’s Cottage Cheese is less watery, much creamier).
