Future?
So here's a short update. First of all, if you didn't know, I doubt I am going to go to medical school. Seems like a shocker to many, I'm sure, but oh well. I decided that I cannot handle that great an amount of stress, nor am I willing to make such a huge commitment and give up many other things (like a family) that I want to have. Plus, it's so expensive. But there are many factors I guess. Nothing is final, and I want to get into the lab before making the call, but I think I will probably go into research and maybe teaching at a university. Microbiology, pathological mechanisms, and toxicology are interesting me at the moment, but I intend to take it as it comes I guess. In any case, I'm in the process of declaring my major in biology, and one of the parts of that involves laying out a tentative course selection up to graduation, so here is mine. Questions, and particularly comments, are more than welcome. What do you think?
