He can't take his paranoia pills while on the painkillers. His body is already mostly healed, but the pain persists without these new pills.
So we traded in pink silly pills for white numbing pills.
Seems so.
What's that going to cause?
What, besides that feeling of dread? That there will be more ninjas, that this time they will cut your spine, they will torch M'gann, they will kill Kon? That the next time you won't have Tara or Doc to patch you up?
He knows he's full of worry, but he decides to go up next to M'gann and holds her hand, rubbing his thumb over the back of it, as if to calm her.
