Training.. Bat-clan style
After reviewing his logs for the last few days as well as going over reports and all his sensor data, Bruce came to a decision. Eddie needed training. Badly. The kid was doing a great job so far, but he still wasn't up to normal bat-standards. That needed to change before Eddie ended up a Very Dead Bat.
So Bruce suited up and let Eddie know that he was needed for maneuvers. He then sat and plotted their course, making sure to make it challenging but not too hard while he waited for Eddie to report to the Cave. He didn't want to overload the kid.
