A/N: purplehaze33 gave me the idea to make my entries into a series. This is part 2, continuing from Can’t Sleep.
You sat in your quiet little corner with wide, observant eyes. You watched the three other men you called brothers and that one other you called love. They were chatting animatedly, celebrating another job well done and the Mutizen award your group received from SBS Inkigayo. But you kept to your self as your gaze lingered on his every move, on his every breath.
You heard Yoochun calling your name and asking if you wanted to come with him and Changmin in getting more snacks and drinks from the local convenient store. You shook your head in response before darting your gaze back to him.
To your surprise, he was looking back at you, just as intently, as if daring you to look away. You gave in immediately, you cheeks burning in the embarrassment of being caught staring. But you couldn’t help it, even though you didn’t want to, you still found yourself look his way, watch him sip from his glass.
You noticed the slight tint of pink on his cheeks and figured that the alcohol was already taking its toll on him. Maybe that was why he kept looking your way, his eyes twinkling with mirth and his lips sporting a teasing smirk.
And, before you knew what was happening, you were falling all over again. This time, slowly yet deeper - greater.
Thoughts f turning back - stopping yourself - from all the emotions you felt for your hyung loomed on your head.
But then, you had been in love with him for so long now, how’s one more day any different?
