Yunho knows the lead singer cannot be blamed for this. In criminal law (his dad is a prosecutor afterall), theft requires a specific intent, meaning that the person actually intended to deprive someone of his or her property. Instead, he does it all unintentionally. Effortlessly.
He has no idea that tucking his tongue against the corner of his lips leaves Yunho speechless, reminders of ‘don’t stay up so late playing videogames, we have a busy schedule tomorrow’ or reprimands of ‘we need more practice with this choreography’ lodged deep in his throat, the words refusing to come out. He has no idea that a simple pout formed by cherry red lips replaces Yunho’s thoughts of the next meeting, interview, or performance with thoughts of how those lips would feel against his. He has no idea that whenever he looks at his leader, as if his eyes could only see him, smiles reserved only for him, Yunho feels his heart could burst from the mosaic of pain, fear, and happiness. And so the lead singer continues stealing hearts, unaware of his crimes, leaving behind wide-eyed, red-faced stares of awe in his trail like the way Robin Hood leaves his signature arrows behind.
Yunho sees the criminal walking towards him, and his traitorous heart betrays him once more, quickening in response, as if sensing the presence of its new owner. The lead singer steals his words, thoughts, and heart away, and as he places a kiss on Yunho’s lips, arms looping around his neck, he steals his breath away as well.
